We have some news, and an invitation. Kachug Home Services will be at the 2026 Atlanta Fall Home Show at Cobb Galleria, Friday through Sunday, September 11 to 13. If you have ever wondered what is actually under your house, this is a good chance to see it up close.
Over the last six months we have grown. We started in Cobb and Cherokee counties, and we now cover much of the Atlanta metro area and parts of the north Georgia mountains. The Home Show is a natural place to meet more of our new neighbors.
Come see what a crawlspace really looks like
Most homeowners have never been in their crawlspace, and that is completely normal. It is the part of the house you are least likely to see and most likely to be surprised by. Seeing the footage on a screen is different from reading about it. It is your house, and it is easier to decide what to do when you can see it with your own eyes. At our booth you can:
- Watch real crawlspace footage. See the kind of 360-degree video our remote crawler captures, on a screen, in person.
- Page through sample reports. See how we document findings and rank them, in plain language.
- Meet the team and ask the questions you have never had anyone to ask about your own home.
- Say hello to the robot. We may have one of our crawlspace crawlers on display.
We will also have a few promotion items for homeowners who book at the show.
What a Kachug assessment is (and is not)
A Kachug Residential Infrastructure Assessment℠ is a careful, non-invasive look at your crawlspace. Within seven days of the visit you receive a plain-language report in your customer portal, with the video footage, a layered map of what is under your house, and every finding ranked into one of three buckets: inspect soon, address eventually, or lower priority.
It is not a home inspection, and it does not replace one. We observe and document, we do not certify, and we do not sell repairs. The report reflects what we actually saw, not what someone hopes to sell you.
The Home Show rate
Home Show attendees get our Home Show rate of $179 on a crawlspace assessment. Stop by the booth for the details. You book at no charge now, and the rate is applied at payment when your report is ready, not at booking.
